Data controller
augmente.io (hereafter "we") is the controller for the personal data collected via Elicira, accessible at elicira.com.

Data collected
- Account,Name and email address, collected when creating an account via Clerk.
- Work data,Conversations (messages, history), deliverables produced (meeting preparations, user stories, process models), project context, uploaded attachments.
- LLM usage logs,Number of tokens consumed and estimated cost per request, kept for billing and budget-control purposes.
- Technical diagnostics,When an error occurs, a report is sent to Sentry: error message, page involved and a technical identifier. The content of your conversations is not included, and session recording is disabled.
- Voluntary feedback,Whatever you write in the feedback form, along with your email if you provide it.
Applicable framework
Your account and work data are hosted in Canada and the service is provided from Canada. The Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) applies, and we process your information only for the purposes below, to which you consent by using the service.
If you reside in the European Union, the GDPR still applies to you: the article 6 legal bases are listed in the table, and your specific rights are set out further down.

Where your prompts are processed
Fireworks AI, US LLM provider (current setup)
The prompts you submit (the content of your conversations and attachments) are processed by Fireworks AI, whose servers are located in the United States. This transfer relies on standard contractual clauses (SCC); the model is used without reusing your data for training.
Sensitive data (health, regulated banking data): as long as inference runs in the United States, take this transfer into account before entrusting such data to Elicira. Contact us if your case requires it and we will tell you where our subprocessors actually stand.
Retention periods
- Application data,Conversations, deliverables, project context, attachments and LLM usage logs are kept for as long as your account exists. We currently run no automatic age-based deletion, and we would rather write that down than announce a period we do not enforce. If we introduce one, it will be stated here before it applies.
- Error reports,Kept for Sentry's own retention period, independently of your account, since they hold none of your work data.
- Erasure,You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Sensitive zone. Deletion is immediate and covers the account, conversations, deliverables, project context, usage logs, stored attachments and the feedback you sent us.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA, you may:
- Access your information and learn how it is used.
- Have corrected any inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Withdraw your consent and delete your account together with all your data, directly in Settings.
- File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, after raising the matter with us.
If you reside in the European Union, you also have the following GDPR rights:
- Portability, receive your data in a structured format, on request by email. There is no automated export yet.
- Objection / restriction, in the cases provided for by the GDPR.
- Complaintto your country's supervisory authority, for instance the CNIL in France.

Cookies and trackers
Elicira does not use advertising cookies. The only cookies present are Clerk session cookies (necessary for authentication to work).

We may update this policy. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this page. Any substantial change will be notified by email to active users.
